As I was working on the white texture, crumpling and painting pieces of paper, the name "Lake from above" came up."Lake" doesn't name anything in the painting but it illustrates the feeling I was having at that moment: being the creator of the topography of an abstract and wide territory from above.

Besides, It also brings up a feature of my practice: sometimes I want to respond contrarily to what I have just done as if I wanted to reach a balance. So I added the black part showing the end of the bright white land, full of borders, fences and walls.
